RevitaLash® Cosmetics was founded in 2006 by renowned Ophthalmologist Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, who created our original eyelash conditioner out of a desire to help his wife Gayle feel beautiful during her courageous fight against breast cancer. The brand began with an iconic lash conditioner and we have since developed an entire range of products designed to enhance the natural beauty and inner spirit of all women. We were the first, and we continue to be, the leading lash and brow beauty enhancement product line, and we remain the ONLY brand of its kind developed by an Ophthalmologist.

Revitalash.co.uk aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions found here in our terms and conditions under our returns policy section.

Yes, all of our products are unisex.

The safety of our products has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted bu independent research laboratories. Our products have been shown in these tests to be safe to the hair and skin in adult study subjects. That said, if you are pregnant, breast feeding, or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your physician.

No. There are no parabens in any of the RevitaLash® Cosmetics products.

Safety tests conducted by our company DO NOT involve any animal testing and production of all RevitaLash® Cosmetics products are 100 percent "cruelty-free”.

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner was developed by a practicing Ophthalmologist to increase the overall health and appearance of eyelashes. It has been carefully formulated with our patented technology, BioPeptin Complex®, to condition and improve the appearance of your natural eyelashes, making them appear gorgeous and lush.

Once each day, apply a thin line directly to clean, dry eyelashes in one even sweep. Let your lashes dry before applying any other products.

A tube of RevitaLash Advanced is sold every 30 seconds, that's two tubes a minute! This figure is based on 2020 sales of RevitaLash Advanced, divided by the number of seconds in a year.

Apply a thin line of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner on clean, dry eyelashes above the lash line once each day or night. Let dry completely before applying additional beauty products.

For best results, we recommend applying RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner once each day or night. A consistent routine is the key to optimal results.

Many people have reported that after using RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, their eyelashes show significantly more curl; this is due to our patented Curl Effect®, which is just one of the many ways that RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner provides knockout lashes.

When applied as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner should not get into the eyes, and therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes, including the colour of your eyes (iris).

While every individual is different, many people report noticing more beautiful lashes within 6 weeks of use.

If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.

When used as directed, the 3.5ml RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner lasts up to 6 months, the 2ml up to 3 months and the 1ml up to 6 weeks. The expiration date for either size is one year upon opening and three years if unopened.

We adhere to a very high safety standard, so while it is safe for use on lower lashes, we do not recommend this as the applicator is designed specifically for use on the upper eyelashes.

Yes. Both products are vegan friendly.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner improves the appearance of both women's and men's natural eyelashes.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in multiple tests to be safe for use on the skin and eyes in adult study subjects only. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has not been tested in children so we therefore recommend that the product not be used by children under the age of 18.

Yes. Both products are oil-free.

Yes. Both products are gluten-free.

At present, there is no accepted FDA standard for determining if a cosmetic product is "gluten-free". Therefore, we tested RevitaLash® Advanced and RevitaBrow® Advanced according to the FDA standard for determining if a food is "gluten-free", and both were shown to have levels of gluten well below the detectable threshold. Additionally, the ingredient itself meets the FDA standard for gluten-free. Wheat Germ is a fatty acid found in very small quantities within the small embryo of the wheat plant. During the refining process to obtain Wheat Germ, the gluten protein can be broken down and therefore the process can leave the product gluten-free.

Absolutely. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner will not interfere with mascara use. Please wait until the product dries before applying mascara.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe to use after a keratin lash lift treatment. You should wait two days after the treatment to resume using your RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, however we do recommend first consulting with your lash artist to be sure.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe for use with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes, and can actually help retain the health and beauty of your natural lashes, helping to minimise the damaging effects often seen with the prolonged use of lash extensions.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner and RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner should not affect your permanent or semi- permanent makeup. If you have just recently finished getting your treatment, please make sure the area has completely healed and consult with your doctor prior to using either product.

Yes. When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner does not get into the eye and is safe to use with contact lenses. If any product does get into your eye, we recommend that you remove, and carefully rinse, your contact lens and rinse your eye area with water.

No.  RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is formulated for use on eyelashes while RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner is formulated for use on eyebrows. Each has a custom-designed applicator to allow for precision application in the area where each is intended.

If product is purchased on any unauthorised website or reseller, we cannot confirm the integrity or authenticity of the product.

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been carefully formulated by an Ophthalmologist and has been tested by independent research laboratories to affirm that it is safe and non-irritating. Let dry completely before applying additional beauty products. Do not over apply.

In June of 2011, we introduced RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner to the marketplace and the formula has not changed since then.

No. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner are cosmetic ingredients that have been included to serve a cosmetic purpose.

No. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner does not contain hormones.

The safety of our products has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. Based on scientific literature and clinical experience, independent ophthalmic specialist concluded that RevitaLash® Advanced is not unsafe for use during pregnancy or breast feeding, or while undergoing chemotherapy. That said, if you are pregnant or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your Doctor.

RevitaLash® Advanced was developed by an Ophthalmologist and tested by independent research laboratories to affirm that it is safe and non-irritating when used as directed. However, as with any cosmetic, some people may be allergic to one or more ingredients. Consumers should ensure they read the label and use it as directed.

We don’t have the specifics on the Rodan & Fields lash serum and therefore can’t point out direct differences, however, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is the number one eyelash serum on the market. This award-winning serum features our proprietary BioPeptin Complex®, rich in peptides, lipids, Biotin and Green Tea extract to condition and strengthen lashes to protect against breakage while improving flexibility and shine.

Each and every RevitaLash® Cosmetics product is clinically tested, dermatologist reviewed, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, made without parabens or phthalates, and designed to enhance the health and natural beauty of your lashes and brows. 

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner and RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner should not affect eyebrow or eyelash tint. If you have concerns, please consult your service provider.

As with any cosmetic product applied near eyes (e.g. mascara and eyeliner), ocular safety is a high priority. This is especially the case with RevitaLash® Cosmetics as the company was founded by an ophthalmologist, who designed RevitaLash® Advanced to stay where it is applied and not come in contact with eyes, and pioneered novel tests to demonstrate the ocular safety of RevitaLash® Advanced.

RevitaLash® Advanced was purposefully formulated with a thickener to ensure that it remains on the eyelashes where it is applied and does not drip into the eye. Our unique applicator wand was developed to apply a very small amount of product to the base of the eyelashes.

It's also important to note that a study conducted by an independent ophthalmologist affiliated with UCLA’s School of Medicine used fluorescent dye to photograph RevitaLash® Advanced after it was applied normally and confirmed that the product does not get into the eye fluid. This is important for two reasons. First, it means use of RevitaLash® Advanced is safe to eyes (since it does not come in contact with eyes). Second, it means RevitaLash® Advanced cannot get into the blood stream, because the primary entry is through absorption by the surface of the eye. In addition, two independent experts based in the UK, one a highly reputable ophthalmologist and the other a pharmacokinetics expert, have reviewed the safety tests of RevitaLash® Advanced and concluded that no appreciable amount of RevitaLash® Advanced is absorbed by the body.

And as if that weren't enough, in another study conducted by an independent laboratory, adult volunteers applied RevitaLash® Advanced daily as directed in the package instructions for 4 weeks. A certified ophthalmologist examined the volunteers’ eyes at the beginning and end of the study. The ophthalmologist reported there was no irritation to the eyes or change in the intraocular pressure (IOP) over the 4-week study. Collectively, these tests demonstrate that RevitaLash® Advanced generally stays out of eyes and does not have a physiological effect on eyes.

Led by a physician, RevitaLash® Cosmetics has formulated its products with safety as a top priority and has documented safety through comprehensive, objective testing. Like all of the products in the RevitaLash® Cosmetics line, RevitaLash® Advanced has been clinically tested and has an excellent safety profile. The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced to skin and eyes has been demonstrated in industry standard cosmetics testing. The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced to skin and eyes has been demonstrated in industry standard cosmetics testing (RIPT, HET-CAM, microbiology, stability, ocular irritation potential).

As happens with all cosmetic products, including mascara and eyeliner, a very small number of users have reported sensitivity to RevitaLash® Advanced. Over a one-year period, 0.076%* of users reported the most common reaction as irritation, including temporary redness, swelling, itching and burning sensation in the eyes. Even more rare were reports of styes, darkening of the skin at the lashline, periorbital fat loss, and eyelash loss. Reported reactions typically went away after stopping use. It is not known whether RevitaLash® Advanced or some other factor caused the reported reactions. *User reported data over a one year period, April 2021 – April 2022.

RevitaLash® Advanced Sensitive is formulated specifically those who have experienced sensitivity to any lash conditioner or lash serum and for those with sensitive eyes. RevitaLash® Advanced is recommended for those without known eye sensitivities, and for those currently using, or who have successfully used, RevitaLash® Advanced previously. 

While every individual is different, many people report noticing more beautiful looking lashes immediately. According to our third-party consumer study, 98% of users using RevitaLash® Advanced Sensitive experienced healthier eyelashes in 8 weeks. For best results please use as directed. 

As with any cosmetic product applied near eyes (e.g., mascara and eyeliner), ocular safety is a high priority. The combination of two products into one ensures the very best product experience with both products through user compliance. The Volumizing Primer and Volumizing Mascara are formulated to work together. You can create volume with the buildable Primer, and use the Mascara to amplify and create high drama. It is also more economical to purchase one product rather than two products.

You can, but it’s more effective to use the Volumizing Primer first. The primer’s molded silicone brush coats and separates the lashes, allowing the mascara to beautifully and smoothly coat lashes with high-intensity color delivering a dramatic lash look that’s never clumpy or sticky.

The formula of each product is the same. The brushes are new for both the primer and mascara, redesigned specifically for use of each product to deliver the very best result and product experience.  The Double-Ended Volume Set has a total of 11mL compared to 7.4mL in each of the individual SKUS. 

Because this is a daily use product for the eyes, the product should be replaced after 6-8 weeks of use. The new sizing allows for less waste and improved hygiene.

Double-Ended Volume Set is for anyone who wants gorgeous, amplified lashes! This flexible product is ideal for the natural, non-makeup user, as well as for the serious makeup artist.

Absolutely. The deep indigo shade of the Volumizing Primer is fantastic on its own, allowing for multiple lash looks.

The Double-Ended Volume Set formulas do not contain oil so there is no concern with compromising the lash extension glue, however we cannot guarantee that the application and removal of these products will not compromise the lash extensions in other ways.

Approximately 3 months when used as directed.

The Double-Ended Volume Set is water-resistant, not waterproof. We prefer to stay away from waterproof cosmetics, as the removal process can damage brows and lashes.

When the Volumizing Mascara and Primer formulas were combined to create the Double-Ended Volume Set in July of 2018, the formulas were not changed. In 2020, this product will be slightly reformulated with updated ingredients.

RevitaLash® Advanced  is a cosmetic products designed to increase the overall health and appearance of lashes. It is carefully formulated with our patented technology, BioPeptin Complex®, to condition and improve the appearance of your natural lashes, making them appear gorgeous and lush. While the Double-Ended Volume Set shares a few similar lash-loving ingredients with RevitaLash® Advanced (such as Peptides & Biotin), it does not include BioPeptin Complex®.

Yes, it's completely customizable.

Our formula is water resistant, but not waterproof, in order to prevent aggressive makeup removal which can cause damage to the lashes.

These colors were specifically chosen because they are extremely universal and work with a wide range of skin and hair tones, making it easier to choose your correct shade. Whether you have light or dark hair, or want to create a soft or defined brow, the 3 shades work for most everyone and offer complete customization.

Soft Brown – For blonde to light brown hair, with warm or cool undertones

Cool Brown – For medium to dark hair with cool/ash undertones

Warm Brown – For medium to dark hair with warm/gold undertones 

Apply Hi-Def Brow Pencil first, then lock your look in place with Hi-Def Brow Gel.

Hi-Def Brow Gel can be used on its own, or after you apply brow pencil to add definition and lock in your look.

No – but it does have great staying power. We prefer to stay away from waterproof cosmetics, as the removal process can damage brows and lashes.

It is! The formula features Peptides and Oat Beta Glucan to help fortify, condition and enhance the appearance of brows, making it the perfect product to use along with RevitaBrow® Advanced.

The formula in Hi-Def Brow Gel Clear is different than our tinted shades, in order to be clear we had to remove the colorants used in our tinted shades. Hi-Def Brow Gel in clear features Peptides and Oat Beta Glucan to help fortify, condition and enhance the appearance of brows just like our tinted shades.

Our Hi-Def Brow Gel is oil free and does contain some traces of responsibly sourced palm derived glycerin. 

Much like skin and hair masques take daily moisturizers and hair conditioners to the next level, Lash & Brow Masque contains intense, nutrient-rich ingredients that will repair damaged, compromised lashes and brows. In our consumer studies, users noticed improvement in the look and feel of lashes and brows after just one use, and even better with consistent use. If you have an event, are recovering from a lash lift or brow lamination, or just need some TLC, this masque is an easy addition to your routine.

When using RevitaLash Cosmetics’ Lash & Brow Masque in conjunction with RevitaLash® Advanced or RevitaBrow® Advanced, ensure that the formula is completely rinsed off before applying your lash or brow serum on clean, dry lashes or brows.

We do not recommend using Lash & Brow Masque while you are wearing lash extensions. While the formula itself is oil-free and would not compromise the glue of the extensions, typically less is more when caring for them. 

RevitaLash Cosmetics’ Lash & Brow Masque is the perfect product for when you are looking to restore your lashes after lash extension removal.  In fact, its reparative ingredients will nourish your lashes and promote the look of softer, shinier, healthier and more flexible lashes.

We do not recommend leaving the Lash & Brow Masque on overnight. 15 minutes (or until product dries fully) is an ideal length of time to allow the ingredients to work on repairing lashes and brows.

Yes - we recommend using your face wash first, then using Micellar Water Lash Wash to pick up any leftover dirt, oil and impurities. 

At RevitaLash Cosmetics, we prefer to stay away from waterproof cosmetics, as the removal process can damage brows and lashes. This is a gentle and effective micellar water formula designed to draw out impurities to remove dirt, oil, and makeup without drying the skin, lashes, brows and lids are left cleansed, soothed and hydrated. It provides solutions for: sensitive eyes, quick clean up, or dull, lackluster lashes or brows, tired eyes and eyelash extensions. Micellar Water Lash Wash is not formulated for use with waterproof makeup.

Yes! Micellar Water Lash Wash is oil-free, and therefore can be used to cleanse lash extensions. We recommend spraying a few pumps directly onto closed eye, lightly massaging product along lashes, brows and lids, and gently wipe dry.

Volume Enhancing Foam features the proven power of RevitaLash science for the hair. A unique recipe of ingredients called BioPeptin Complex® is our proprietary blend of lipids, peptides, Biotin and Panthenol. Biotin, also known as Vitamin B7, contributes to the production of healthy hair and nails by providing essential ingredients in the process of hair enhancement. Panthenol, also known as Vitamin B5, helps to smooth and strengthen hair. This rich combination of B vitamins, along with peptides and antioxidants, work to fortify hair and reduce brittleness and breakage, resulting in stronger, healthier hair. Volume Enhancing Foam improves hair elasticity and aids in conditioning of the scalp too!

First, this product is a Physician developed formula that draws on over a decade of formulation expertise. Additionally, Volume Enhancing Foam has been rebranded under the RevitaLash® Cosmetics name to effectively borrow from tis strong, established brand awareness. Consumers know the name RevitaLash is synonymous with great results, so it's easy for consumers to connect the performance of our hair line to our heritage lash and brow products, making the buying decision a snap!

No. The product is very gentle and does not contain any harsh cleansers or sulfates.

Volume Enhancing Foam is Colour safe and can safely be used on coloured or processed hair.

RevitaLash® Cosmetics Volume Enhancing Foam is a dynamic product with high quality ingredients, just like our famed lash and brow offerings. The combination of our unique ingredient blend, as well as quality performance, makes this a must-have addition to any hair regimen. In addition, this product is rigorously tested for safety and to ensure it works as promised.

AquaBlur® was designed to be used specifically on the eye area, including lashes, brows and lids. AquaBlur® has not been tested for use over the full face, however, many customers report loving the result on the full face as well.

AQUABLUR® is a simple, gentle and effective hydrating eye gel that can be used with or without makeup to moisturize, protect and smooth the eye area while supporting the health of brows and lashes. AQUABLUR® is an oil-free, vitamin-infused and antioxidant rich formula.

AQUABLUR® is a dual-purpose, lightweight eye gel that moisturises the delicate eye area while smoothing skin, blurs imperfections, and creates the perfect foundation for under eye makeup application. 

Those individuals noticing first signs of aging, as well as anyone with dull or dry lashes, brows and skin, or textured skin.

AQUABLUR® is both preventative and corrective and protects skin, lashes and brows by way of powerful antioxidants.

The base of AQUABLUR® is a combination of silicone and water and silicone is just one of the ingredients that creates that smooth desirable “slip”.  With AQUABLUR®,  it’s the combination of ingredients that creates the benefits in the product.  The ingredients in AQUABLUR® help to hydrate and add moisture to skin, which in turn plumps and adds radiance, therein blurring imperfections. This product effectively primes the skin for makeup application, which is different than a cosmetic primer that “fills in the cracks” either by way of large amounts of silicone or light-diffusing ingredients.

AQUABLUR® is made to address the first signs of aging. It does this by blurring imperfections aiding in minimizing finer lines. For deeper, more noticeable lines and wrinkles, you may choose to use AQUABLUR® in the morning and your anti-aging eye cream at night. 

Apply half pump of the product morning and night (2x daily). Gently smooth over closed eye including lashes, brows, lids and undereye contour. Once product is fully absorbed, follow with skincare and makeup application.

While there are many excellent and results-driven ingredients in AQUABLUR®, the highlighted ingredients are Hyaluronic Acid, Kombucha and Sea Kelp.

AQUABLUR® is hypoallergenic and works very well for someone with more sensitive skin and contains very gentle ingredients.

The target customer for AQUABLUR® is someone who is noticing first signs of aging. The lightweight texture and ingredients are designed more for hydration and softening of fine lines as opposed to deeper, more significant lines and wrinkles.

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.

Once RevitaLash has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

In the event that your goods have not been received please call RevitaLash to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
